Pour les 11 ans d’OpportunIT, nous avons souhaité mettre l'accent sur un des éléments clés de la réussite de nos opérations : l'Humain.
 
Nous sommes persuadés que Le Vivre Ensemble est primordial et que nous devons travailler sur nos différences pour mieux les accepter et les valoriser.
 
Interpelés par les performances Handisport des dernières compétitions (car pas habitués à les regarder, certainement), nous avons cherché comment rassembler tous ces éléments.
 
D'où l'idée un peu folle d'associer les valides et les "Handis" dans un sport inclusif et pour un partage total dans une même activité : le rugby à 7 en fauteuil roulant.
 
Et ce fût une belle réussite et un grand moment !

With this first round of funding, ITD wants to accelerate its international expansion, particularly in regions where the company already has recognized references (Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia).
IT-Development (ITD) was created in 2010 near Lyon and today represents nearly 30 employees for a turnover of € 1.5 million in 2018.
EB Solutions, a leading CAD and PLM solutions integrator, represents 50 people and 8 million euros in sales in 2018, mainly in France, the United States, China, India...
Through this transaction, EB Solutions acquires a minority stake in ITD.
This acquisition will help strengthen the sales team for each of the targeted geographical areas. But also by developing ITD's local presence in West Africa and South East Asia in its offices in Abidjan and Ho Chi Minh.
ITD also plans to open new premises in Johannesburg, South Africa, to get closer to local customers.

Graduated from Inseec Bordeaux, began his career at Sierra Consulting, specialist ICT transactions, before becoming responsible ICT sector business Apax Partners & Cie Finance he joined in July 99, following the sale of Euro Fi Conseil by Apax. 
He was then in charge of mergers and acquisitions at Osiatis (1300 people), a specialist IT infrastructure services, where he was responsible for acquisitions and their integration, as well as relations with European subsidiaries until 2004. 
Between 2005 and 2012 he was Director at AP Management, highly specialized consulting in information technology sector companies in mergers and acquisitions and capital structuring. 
In 2012, he created OpportunIT to have a boutique linked with his own values.

Graduated from the Master Currency Banking Finance Insurance specialized in Corporate Finance at the University of Rennes 1, Camélia worked in mergers and acquisitions and in corporate finance during her first experiences.
She participates in the accompanying of SME’s in the agri-food, industrial, Defense and IT sectors through her experiences, notably at Acticam and Societex.
In 2021, Camélia joins OpportunIT to support its development where she is involved in M&A consulting and valuation assignments.
